so the first week of Dec is full of pop warner cheerleaders is my understanding, it seems odd the so many schools would have the kids out of school time to attend a trip to Disney, I know when I ask my grand kids school leaders about taking kids out of school they really were almost upset I would think of taking kids out of school for a whole week to go to Disney and all three of mine g kids are teens age and three different school districts.

I understand how some people feel about takng kids out of school for vacation but pop warner has to do w/ schools and I am sure there are standards each student has to pass (grades, school work) in order to attend.

These football players and cheerleaders are not down there for a vacation. These kids worked very hard to get to regional or nationals and are there competing at the sports complex. They stay in Disney hotels and frequent the parks in the evenings but during the day they are competing.

I agree they are there to show off not to go to the park's.
