Pop warner resorts?

Does anyone know what resorts are hosting Pop Warner this year?

Usually they stay at the All Stars (especially All Star Sports). They have been known to migrate over to CSR and CBR. It is possible this might change with the All Star Sports food court refurb.

It's not official until they release this info in the Fall to the Pop Warner families. They've switched it up in recent years, so everything is speculation.

Last year, they stayed at the All Stars and CBR with overflow at CSR. In years past, they have stayed at POR. I've also heard some overflow at Pop as well. I would suspect POFQ is safe due to its small size, and I would think POR is safe again since it's still considered newly refurbished. Plus their standard room inventory has lessened with the addition of the royal rooms.

Deluxe resorts have always been a safe bet. To my knowledge, no deluxe has ever been a host resort.

In 2012, the choices were Disney’s All-Star Resorts, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort or Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. POR was under rehab at the time.

In 2011, the choices were Disney’s All-Star Resorts or Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort.

In 2010, the choices were Disney’s All-Star Resorts or Disney’s Port Orleans Resort.

2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 were the same as 2010.

Actually, POR's refurbishment was completed by the time Pop Warner rolled around in 2012. Back then, it was speculated that POR was not chosen as a host resort because a good number of their standard room inventory was lost with addition of the royal rooms. Pop Warner usually stays in standard rooms. It was also speculated that because the resort was newly refurbished, they were anticipating it to be busier than usual. And also because Pop Warner kids/families can be hard on the rooms. POR had been a host resort for a while and it was no secret that the CMs at POR dreaded Pop Warner because of the numerous complaints, messes, etc.

CBR is undergoing a refurbishment this year, so it will be interesting to see if they are selected at all.
