Pop to POFQ early morning

Our vacation plans have changed, and we are flying into the world one day earlier than expected. We are staying at Pop for one night, then the next morning want to go to POFQ to check in, get theme park tickets, dining plan, etc. and then go to the parks. How do I get my luggage from Pop to POFQ, and what is the quickest way to get from Pop to POFQ in the morning? If we were to get a cab, can you tell me how much that would cost? Thanks in advance for your help. We have never done a resort switch.

I would take a taxi, it should be about $10-$12 plus tip and take no more than ten minutes.
If you choose you could have bell services transfer your luggage, but you won't see it till 4 or 5pm.
I would bring it with me in the taxi, bell services at POFQ will store it for you until you get back from the park if your room is not ready upon checkin.

I am confused. Is your 1 night stay at POP part of your reservation? Your reservation can include multiple resorts.

If so, then you should be able to pick everything up at POP and go straight to the parks while the bell service move you luggage.

Pop is part of a split stay, because the next day our package begins and we have dining, etc. I was just looking for the easiest way to get from Pop to POFQ. One of the things I want to accomplish on this trip is going to AoA to take pictures of the resort. At least now we can walk there from Pop, and do that right away the day we arrive.

This is it. I always take a taxi from resort to resort especially early and always for an ADR. Of course this doesn't apply for trips to and from monorail resorts and Epcot resorts.

Also unlike ME you will need to be in your room to get your luggage.
