POP to MCO directions, please?

We are taking ME from MCO to POP. No problem there.
During our stay we are renting a car and will be going back to MCO with it. We need to go to National, and we are flying USAir. It's been 7 years since our last trip, and I have gone completely blank trying to remember how to get to MCO from WDW.
I know there's probably an easy way to figure this out, but I've had a brain freeze today, lucky if I remember my own name, lol.

The easiest way we have done it is by getting on the Central Florida Greenway Toll road. Take 536 to the Toll. You will pay two times, 1.00 each. It will take you to the back entrance of the airport.

Leaving WDW get on I-4 East
Change to 528 East.
One 75 cent toll.
Get off 528 at its exit 9 Tradeport.
Left, cross under, cheap gas station to top off is right there.
You are 2 miles from airport.
Get (back) into middle lane with 528 overpass behind you.
Required right onto McCoy.
Next light is 436 Semoran Blvd. Go right here to enter airport.

If you are using Greene's Way (sic) instead of I-4, its route number is 417.
