Pop to Hoop De Do Review by bus....how long?

I assume I can get to & from POP to HDDR by bus. Anyone have a guess as how long to get there, and busses run afterwards too, right?

To get to the Hddr from pop your best bet would be taking the bus to the MK and then boat to FW. I'm not sure how long the bus ride is but the boad takes about 10 min. Allow yourself plenty of time. There is a petting zoo over in ft. Wilderness or you could explore WL.

I would allow at least an hour each way, if not a little more. And, afterward, if it looked like it was getting way past the closing time of Magic Kingdom, it's possible you might have to take the bus from Ft. Wilderness to Downtown Disney, and then switch to the Pop Century bus to get back.

After HDDR, if MK is closed, there SHOULD be busses right at the Settlement bus stop to take you back to your resort.

We just did this Saturday night. We were staying at Pop and had HDDR at 5 pm. We took the bus to MK and then hopped on the boat to WL. We walked around WL for awhile. (I usually stay there but this time went value) Then took the boat agin to FW. It was no problem at all. We got there about 4:30 and checked in. Then the kids played on the payground equipment until it was time to go in. We got out about 7and MK was closed at 7 because of grad night. We had not problem catching a bus back to Pop. Hope this helps.

You should plan on being out at the Pop Century bus stop 90 minutes prior to your show time. Take the bus to MK, and then catch the boat. Or, take the bus to the Studios, and transfer there.

To get BACK to Pop, there will be floater resort buses at the end of the two later shows. If the MK closes early, there might also be buses for the early show.

Since the last post on this thread was over a year ago, I just want to verify... are there still buses from HDDR to other resorts after the show? I will be the sole parent with three kids, so I don't want to be stuck without a ride somewhere late, isolated, and/or out in the rain.

- staying at POP
- going on a Friday in August
- MK schduled to close at 10pm
- ADR at 7:15 show
