Pop Parking-Better or No?

Has the parking situation at Pop Century gotten any better? I keep hearing it can be a mess.

WE just returned from 10 days at WDW-POP century. Parking was crowded, we took disney transporation most of time. WE did go off site a couple of times, had to circle lot couple of time to find spot. They do need more parking at POP. we stayed in the 70 addition......

We never had problems with parking during the day time but one evening I finally gave up and parked in the check in parking lot overnight. We were in the 50's section and even though they added more parking unless you want to park in BFE it's not enough.

We were there in May and parked in the 50s section. We always found a spot, but many times it took a while. I knew this was a problem in the spring and was hoping it would be resolved before our next trip there in October. Doesn't sound like anything has been done. This time we will be circling with 2 cars instead of one.

On the contrary. Disney added around 250 spaces to the 1950s lot. Just like every other parking lot in the world, some spaces are further than others.

During peak times, Disney also has a parking lot attendant in the 1970's lot to make sure that 80s/90s guests park in thier proper (and usually very empty) lot instead of the 1970s lot.

Well that is good news! Parking far away is not a problem for us, but welcome the additional spots.

We stayed in the 70's section, but parked in the almost empty 80's/90's lot. The walk was about the same, as I recall and we didn't have to search for a spot. That obviously wouldn't help those in the 50's building, though.
