Ok, I don't know if it's too early to ask or not, but here I go.

What will be the "preferred" buildings? Does anyone know the lay out? Should I be scared of staying there because it's so big? Anything else I might have forgotten? lol

I'm just worried it will be too overwhelming. Should I just book at one of the All-Stars instead?

The 60's buildings are the Preferred View rooms. They are closest to the lobby and they have the Hippy Dippy Swimming Pool that looks like a flower.

I don't think the place will be _that_ big. I know that they only have half of the originally planned resort built. Disney usually does a great job of laying things out well at there resorts. I think it will most likely be big, but won't feel that way.

I could stay at the All Stars again this trip for a lot cheaper, but I chose to stay at Pop Century because it's really cool looking. Mickey

I wouldn't worry too much about preferred buildings... go with whatever your theming preference is... The layout to Pop Century is done in such a way, so that even the furthest rooms really aren't far. Plus, the walkways have all sorts of fun things in them, to make the short walk fun. :)
