Does pop have bell services like other hotels?

All of the Disney resorts have bell services.

We have stayed at the POP the last 2 Summers and loved it. We have been lucky as we have not heard our neighbors at all. I wish the skyliner would have been up and running, we only got to see the testing. We only ate breakfast there on our departure date and it was very good. The next time we are at Disney, it will be our honeymoon so we are staying at least Moderate but after that, we will be back to the POP.

I plan to bring a white noise machine; I hope that helps negate the neighbor noise.

I have an app called Sleep Machine on both my phone and iPad. I put one on each nightstand with the same sounds on (you can customize a blend of up to four different sounds) and I don’t hear a thing outside my room. I use it at home as well due to some dogs that bark at night. The devices charge overnight while running the app so my phone is good to go the next morning and the app has a clock function as well, so I can see what time it is if I wake up at night, and I have an alarm I am familiar with Since they don’t have alarm clocks in the room.
