I've had my Magic Bands for a week now and just got my invite in the mail today.

Lol...I guess you can't rush these things. My customize by date isn't until the 26th. So I'm guessing ill have ours this weekend.

I just got back from a week at POP this morning and we did not have a working fridge in Building 2. They also did not give us the credit.

The day we checked in the computer system was down so they did not give us any choice of room and weren't able to immediately link anything to our MBs or KTTW. They were able to fix it that night before dinner, but I just thought others should be aware of potential glitches.

Did you ask for the credit? They're only giving it to people who ask.

Yes, I talked to the person who was triaging the Registration line who said there weren't fridges available, but we could get the credit so we went to the desk and they said they weren't giving credits.

This was on our first full day there.

I've haf mine for at least a month and since then have gotten multiple email invites as well as a paper invite via UPS. So much for technology ; )

Our Mickey Mail came today! Its starting to feel real. I have been planning for over a year so its felt so far off, for so long. Our magic bands should be here Saturday or Monday! woohoo!!!

Its so exciting isnt it?! We started planning last October for this October. We got our Mickey mail on Saturday. I'm hoping our magic bands come this weekend. Than ill just be waiting for our photopass plus stuff.

We must be going around the same time! I have been looking for it everyday in the mail, and the one day I wasn't thinking about it, it came! I can't wait to get our magic bands!

Here now and have 2 working fridges in our room. Had to ask for one or credit Saturday, they brought one, then Sunday the new one was in place

Just got back to the room. Fridge is here!
So here's just my opinion, take it with a grain of salt.
They have all the new fridges and are slowly installing them. Ask for a fridge without a medical reason, they will tell you no. Ask for the credit, suddenly a fridge becomes available. Funny how that works...
Oh well, I have a fridge to keep my water bottles ice cold now which is what I wanted. Not thrilled with the way they handled the situation..wasn't very professional in my opinion.

Same here. Checked in yesterday. Asked for fridge or credit today. Was told they are no longer doing credits and I have a fridge now.

Building 2 here: no new bedding, nor new fridge. If tomorrow is a bust weather wise (hubby is in a cast) we'll be enquiring about the fridge/credit!

Just checked into Pop for our first trip! 4th floor of the 70's building has working fridges! )

Just got email confirming Magic bands have been shipped, now if only Mickey mail would also be on its way it would all begin to feel so real. 4 weeks from today we should be checking into POP!

Does anyone have number for actual POP resort not Disney reservations? Is it 407-938-4000? We are driving down on Friday. Not sure if we will make it all the way to Orlando or stop along the way. Our actual reservation does not start until Sat. So if we make it all the way I was going to call POP when we are nearing the area to see if we can check in a day early. Anyone ever done this? If we do this we would not be getting in until very late around midnight.

That is the correct phone number for Pop. I have never called from the road to check-in early, but I would assume you could do it.
