An update on my band/sizing issue. I decided to try cutting the grey end to make it not wrap around my wrist so much. It worked perfectly! I left 3 grey holes by cutting just past the third hole in a rounded shape just like it looked before. So now I can keep the clean edge look of the grey without all of the extra bulk.

I did that last week while we were there and it was so much nicer to wear! My edge isn't as nice though lol my husband did it with his pocket knife.

There was another mom who posted about her child needing milk and they offered a fridge for medical reason. The CM told her that was a medical reason to have and they gave it to her. So maybe see if they will do the same.

Thanks for the info. I will mention this at check-in. He wouldn't waste away if he didn't drink milk all week, but a fridge would make it much easier.

Thanks! I just used a good pair of sharp scissors. Nothin' fancy. I did hold the scissors at an angle to where the underside of the band is slightly smaller than the top. Meaning that the edge itself is angled. I hope that makes sense.

For those of you wondering about our Mickey mail, I also arrive on the 20th and got my mail today. I like the luggage tags much better than last time, even if the ad on it is a bit distracting.

I haven't. I was going to wait a couple of weeks but seeing it's still not available I think I will now. Who would I call, IT? Do they have a separate number?

I'd start with reservations to see if it did go through. If not, they can send you to the right dept

Cool! I was going to ask you the same thing I'm definately going to consider this if mine is too bulky on my wrist! I'll see today as our MB's are on the truck for delivery!!!

Someone in the October FB group just got their "no fridge" letter in the mail yesterday. They check in on 10/10, I think.

We arrive Oct 19 and I was expecting our MB's to arrive today...still no word from Disney that they were shipped. Is this normal, or should I just expect them to arrive next week instead?

It still says "Your MagicBands are being customized and will ship soon."
That's what it said all day yesterday, too.

That's what it said all day yesterday, too.

We only got our MB mailed to our house 2 weeks before we left. Once they were mailed they came next day.

There have been many posts from people arriving the same day as us who received their MB's this morning already, and others who arrive a day earlier than us who received them yesterday. That's why I thought we would get ours today, too. Oh well. Next week just puts us that much closer to our actual trip.

We check in 10/1 and no letter yet about the fridge. I called and added a request for a medical need, so maybe I won't get one. I have been invited to customize my magic bands three times after I received them.
