At Pop now. Got two of my four room requests (king bed and top floor, but not bldg 9 or ten and no fridge). Got the fridge credit, which I really wanted more than the fridge anyway, without any problem.

Original magic bands worked fine until GS converted our APs to the new cards, after that point they only worked for FP and nothing else. Front desk swapped them out (same colors just no names printed in them) and they do seem to be working fine now.

Food court has been crazy busy in the 8-10:30 am time period but not too bad outside of that. All stations are open 7 am to 10pm with the Italian station being the only one to stay open til midnight. Hippy Dippy and bowling pin pools have both been busy well into the night, but not bad enough to cause room noise in my 4th floor pool view room.

DW does not like the handicap shower. The carpet is also worn clear through in the bathroom doorway. Bathroom exhaust fan does not turn off.

Emailed the guest communications address and did get a voicemail from the Pop manager. Was too tired to return it last night.

Uh oh....I wonder if I will have a problem activating my AP....I don't want it to mess up my MB :sad2:

Here now. Can we upgrade our tickets to annual pass at front desk? Just wondering as we are waiting in line for Epcot to open:)

I think you have to go to Guest Relations at a park or at DTD. Epcot Guest Relations is a great place to do an upgrade.

You should be able to walk up to the GR window at Epcot in the late morning. Don't do it when there is a long line.
 
Has anyone been successful getting the credit if you booked after July? My fault but I didn't read the amenities because I thought all the rooms had working fridges since we had been there before.
 
Looks like I'll be stopping somewhere to pick up a cooler. Anyone checking in around 10/22 who wants me to pay it forward? Not going to pay to fly it home...
 
Anyone arriving in October receive a "you may not have a fridge" letter? The replacement went so fast for many resorts but seems to have stalled now for the Values. I was confident it would be done before our trip but now that it's only a month away and still no signs of new fridges at the Pop, I'm becoming extremely doubtful.
 
Ok I posted about this yesterday but now I'm getting a little worried. To recap yesterday way 60 days for us. I had the option to check in online. I tried about 4 times and each time received an error. I decided to wait for a bit and try again however the option to check in was no longer available. I tried at different times throughout the day and still not available. I just tried again and still no option and no option to modify the check in, as I thought maybe it did go through but was a glitch. :confused3 Not sure what to do at this point. :confused:

We'll be there the end of October and I've received no notifications about the refrigerator status. If it wasn't for the boards I would know nothing about it. I booked back in October for this October, so long before they removed them. And we're planning on ordering from garden grocer for a few breakfast items. So I hope by than we have a fridge.

Did you try calling Disney?

According to the tracking email, my Magic Bands are at my home, waiting for me! Soooo excited!!!
 
Do you think it would be ok to wear them around the house until the trip?!?! Lol!! Gotta break 'em in, just like new shoes!
