Okay, this actually made me LOL!! Bacon & sausage from birds?! What did I miss in this thread??
I just added the DDP but we don't pay for it until check in, maybe I should reconsider and take it back off when I check in!!
Please tell me they haven't messed with the wafffle mix!!!

I think Smitch means she likes real bacon and sausage from a pig. Not the alternatives, turkey bacon and chicken sausage you know chickens and turkeys are birds LOL!
I to prefer my bacon and sausage to come from pigs!!!

Oh!! I forgot about turkey bacon! Eeww...I wouldn't like that either. Nothing against those of you that do, just not for me either. I like my piggy bacon! Never heard of chicken sausage! That one is new to me!!

I think the "fish bread" must be Pepperidge Farm Goldfish brand bread? I think it's intended for kids.

What!!! When I looked at the new menu I thought I saw breakfast pizza on it, that was on Wed, they better or my DD will be disappointed. I will go & double check.

Phew, just checked Disney website & restaurant guide here & breakfast pizza is still on the menu. Potential crisis averted. Lol

Well it's certainly disappointing to hear all of the negative comments about the changes to the food court, but I'm hoping that will change once the CMs get used to the new menu. Hopefully it will get better soon - Or by the end of September for my trip As long as I can FINALLY try the tie dye cheesecake, I'll be happy!

Thanks for the link to the current menus. From afar, the menu looks good. The execution must be off. Hopefully it will all be remedied soon.

I thought the same. Maybe they will get it worked out. I'm sure the first month there would be lots of Oops. The only thing that just is those poppin nachos.

I think it'll get better. We were there the first week of the new menus and my husband has worked in restaurants for years. Lots of "learning moments", but nothing fundamentally wrong!

Menu looks good to me, my only concern is that they didn't have the ice cream sandwiches, sundae's etc with a snack credit symbol beside them. While my waist would appreciate not eating so many of them, I will be really disappointed if they aren't included as a snack anymore.

No just kids, but kids at heart too! My husband and I get turkey on the fish bread for lunch every day! Very nutritious!

Tonight we decided to check out the AOA dining, I'm glad we did. I had the build your own pasta, it was delicious!!!!!! Hubby had the buttered chicken, Pretty good too. Kiddos stuck with the usual, pizza. They both liked it. Everything I saw on the other diners trays looked good.

My DS actually enjoyed the fish bread. I'll have to pick some up for when I start packing his lunches next year .

Hi Sandi! I agree with you! Although some favs are gone, the new offerings do look good. There is always a "working out the kinks" phase.

I leave for POP in just a few hours and will be there for 12 days.
I think I can manage to get pics of all of the menus for our thread. That shouldn't be a problem with that much time there!
I will also have my laptop with me although, I'm not really sure how to upload them to the thread except putting them on that other website first...I forgot what the daggone thing is called cuz I haven't used it is forever...
Let me know if there's something specific you want me to snap shots of or look for...12 days... don't know what Imma gonna do with myself that long.

Yes!! That's it! Photobucket! LOL stupid medicine I take makes me forget the names of stuff and have problems with word recollection...DRIVES ME NUTS sometimes!!

Got an interesting phone call from the RA at the hotel yesterday morning! will be curious to see where my room is. But this whole reservation has been interesting. It somehow got cancelled in their system and they credited my payment back to my CC. Luckily I found out because I called to make a adjustment to the ressie!! Thank God! ugh! it's been a bit of a nightmare...but they are trying to make everything right, so I give them credit there! Just thought it was interesting that the Room Assigner called me at home about my room! Hopefully that is a good sign!

Stitchlovestink, thank goodness you discovered the room issue In advance of the trip. Fingers crossed that having the RA call you in a positive sign - maybe upgrade? hope so! Let us know
