Planning a trip, first time staying at Pop...so i have a couple questions.

1. Are there in room safes?
2. High Speed Internet Access?
3. Where would you recommend us requesting rooms? Two adults with a car, and we always drive to the parks so being close to the bus stops is not a consideration. We'd rather a good view or nice area.

Thanks in advance for your help!!!

1. Yes they do have safes. They are built into the wall near the sink. Not very wide. I take my 17 inch laptop and I can fit it in the safe by standing its end (up and down). When I put my laptop in the safe it is the only thing that will fit.

2. Yes they have high speed internet. It is wired - not wireless. They have a cable in the room for your use. The internet cost 9.95 for a 24 hour period. If you want to use the internet, you will need to have a credit card on file. I found this out the hard way. I told them when I checked in that I didn't want to charge to my room. When I tried to logon to the internet it would not let me because they didn't have a credit card on file. I had to go back to the front desk and have them change my room key to have charging priviledges.

3. We have stayed in the 50's, 80's and 90's. We find having a car, it was a shorter walk to the car when we were in the 90's.

If the in room safe is not large enough to accomidate your item(s), they will store item(s) in the safe at the front desk too. Just in case you needed to know. :goodvibes

If you paid for a preferred location, then you will be in the 60's, 50's or 70's. If not, then I would request a non-preferred room in one of those decades. Those locations will put you nearer to the food court. For a non preferred room with easy parking access, I like the part of the 50's that is not preferred. It will not be too far from the food court and the Petals Pool Bar and Hippy Dippy pool in the 60's. The 50's also has a laundry room and a cute pool in the shape of a bowling pin.

I think it's worth the extra money to have a preferred location. Others don't though. Have a great trip!
