Pop Century Pool Preferred Noisy?

We are doing a last-minute trip in November and are currently booked to stay at POFQ which we love. We've never stayed at a value before and Pop Century Preferred Pool room just opened up for our dates. It would save us about $350, and I'm considering giving it a try. My concern is I've read a lot of reviews that complain that the pool preferred rooms and super loud even after midnight. Does anyone have recent experience with this? I don't have littles so noise in the afternoon is no big deal. Thanks!

Depending on where your room is located, there COULD be a lot of foot traffic past your room later at night. However, other than that, we've not experienced unbearable noise. We've stayed 'preferred' several times.
