We're booked in September for a free dining package at Pop Century. The only rooms available when we booked were preferred. When we arrive, can we request a standard view to save the $?
Thanks,
Mel

You should be able to at least ask - it's worth a shot.
However - I do not know what would happen if you've already paid in full prior to arrival.

If you booked for free dinning and have already payed my guess is you will not be able to down grade. Most likley all the standard rooms will be gone. By the end of the trip you might be happy you got the prefered room if you are close to the food court and pool. Saves alot of walking. Hope you have a great trip:banana: We will be there Sept. 7 for free dinning.:goodvibes

Thanks! I think we'll be happy with the preferred rooms since we have young girls. Instead of asking for standard, I'll just see if we can get a 50's room with a view of Lady!

I would certainly give it a shot. I switched from ASsports to Pop Century just this week when it hadn't been available prior to this. Yes, I realize that's value to value, however, they let me do it because there was space. They also would have let me upgrade, availabilty w/ free dining of course, and I would have paid the difference. When you call, ask to speak with Guest Services. The CM that answers the phone isn't going to be able to help you much.
