He must have been trying to get inside the cabin and got his leg caught. He climbed underneath the shrink wrap near the motor. No one could see him under there, but I heard an awful noise. I don't know what made me decide to check the boat. I called Animal Rescue and they got him out. He was dehydrated and had to have his leg amputated.
He almost chewed off all the rubber around the top of the door, poor little thing must have been in there more than a few days, so uncomfortable looking. Boy do they get their teeth showing when you get near them to help, I was scared.
He's back with his owner now. Good thing his urine ran on the outside and not in the cabin onto the carpet, easy enough to clean up along with the cat hair. What an ordeal, I've got a headache and have to go order a new door. The Tinted glass is all scratched.
You never know what the day will bring your way.

I'm glad to hear that he will be ok.
