Anyone have a recomendation for the resort with the best possible pools? I know it sounds funny but this is a huge deciding point for where my daughter and I would like to stay. I would personally rather go to the park , but my daughter could stay in the pool all day everyday, When we went to caribbean beach resort i felt the pools were awesome for only being a moderate resort.

Our favorite is definitely Stormalong Bay. It has a nice slide, a lazy river, a big kids area, and part of the pool has a sand covered bottom. There are also several hot tubs scattered around the pool. For moderates, if you stay at either POR or POFQ, you can use the pools at both. They both have good slides.

My mind was absolutely blown when I saw Stormalong Bay for the first time as an 8 year old. Still the most incredible hotel pool ever!

But I also agree with the PP who suggested going to the water parks! Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach are great.

I think you need to be more specific as to what you are looking for in a pool. As far as slides are concerned BW has the best, as far as views are concerned with a great slide and overall nice pool with a waterfall Poly has the best pool as far as overall size of a pool AKL Jambo house as far as a Lazy river well there is only one which is storm along Bay and so many more.....

Stormalong Bay at the Yacht & Club resorts is highly considered to be the best pool on property. That being said, deluxe isn't in everyone's budget. The main pool at Art of Animation is well themed IMO.
I agree. We have stayed at most of the DW hotels and Stormalong Bay was the best. We had such a great time. It also has the added benefit of Beaches and cream.

How old is your daughter? Some are really great and beloved by younger kids with all the stuff going on at the pool in the play areas, some have great slides, some are just great for swimming.

As you can already see, this is a highly subjective question. In short, I d say all of the WDW mods and deluxe resorts have fun pools with slides. The values are also more than your average pool, but they don't have water slides. Many have both an activity/water slide pool and a quiet pool or two.

Fort hat matter, many offsite Orlando hotels also have awesome pools or pool complexes. Multiple Marriott properties, the Gaylord, the Universal hotels, and the Caribe Royale come to mind, but the are many others. If you are ever inclined to stay onsite at Universal, they all have exciting pools except Aventura, AND Universal allows pool hopping between all their resorts, and for the most part, they are all pretty close to one another. If you want to visit 5 interesting pools with water slides- I suggest Royal Pacific or Sapphire Falls as they are pretty centrally located on US property. (Though I like SF's pool better of the two.)

A few other thoughts...
Of all the pools the one at the BWK is deepr than pretty much all the rest. Most are not vey deep.

Forgot to say, the Swan/Dolphin have very nice pools. they share pools, but there are - I think - 3 of them: a large grotto, a lap pool, and one that is more basic shape but w/volleyball.

Speaking of shared pools- if you choose POR or POFQ you can use both pools, but it s little bit of a hike (especially when you're wet.) In cooler months, I prefer the hotels that hug their pools, like AKL and WL. Those pools are sheltered. Almost any time of year, the top of the YC/BC pool slide can be breezy and chilly, and STILL there's a line of folks waiting to use it.

A bonus of the YC/BC pool is the sand bottom sand play area, and bonus kiddie slide.

GF, AKL -Kidani, and CSR all have fun bonus water features. BWK kid pool is very dull, but some of the values have fun splash areas for the very young.

It kind of depends what you want in a pool.

Also, well, some of the feature pools can be quite loud during pool activities. One of my favorite quiet pools is the one at CR. It overlooks the lake, and we often have it to ourselves when we go there. the BWK quiet pool is also better than most, as it has pretty gardens.

Still one more option to consider is the WDW water parks! They have tons of fun slides!

The Four Seasons' pools are like their own waterpark, there are so many, including a huge lazy river, giant water slides, and an adults-only pool, along with 3-4 other pools, plus hot tubs. If BC/YC is in your budget, the FS is as well, the three hotels are comparably priced.
