Pools at PB - all of them not open to everyone?

Is one of the pools only open to certain guests of PB? Some website (hotel kingdom) I was surfing said special access to one of the pools at Portofino??
Can someone verify/clarify this??

NO, all three resorts pools are open to all resort guest, regardless of which resort you are staying at.
