That is typical of Disney's value resorts. Call housekeeping and they will bring you more towels.
Ugh!! Nooooo. Well, ok. Are they good about bringing towels in a timely manner? How long would you say they take to deliver towels to the room when requested?

When we've stayed values, we generally had to wait about 30-45 minutes to get our towels but there was one time we waited about 10 minutes and then another time we waited about an hour. I think it's a hit or miss kind of thing, with towel delivery depending on how busy housekeeping is with other issues.
I have never had them be anything but great about it. One stay at the Music resort, the second night in a row I called down for towels they brought me a giant heap of them. I think whoever was running housekeeping that night was a bit of a smarty-pants, as she teased me about calling 2 nights in a row too! But I thought it was hugely funny, and about laughed myself silly when the mound of towels appeared at my door.![]()
Do you know if we're allowed to go to where housekeeping stores the towels and ask for them there?
Same here. We always get our towels at the front desk, or we ask a maid if we see a maid cart as we walk to the pool. It's no big deal. You can also get some at the front desk.
perhaps it is one of the ways they separate amenities provided for the values from the mods/deluxe resorts?

Also, another amenity separating the Values from the Mods/Luxes,fridges,were added to the Values several years ago,so the "separating amenities" list is getting smaller.

We stayed at All Star Sports in April, and I was surprised to discover that they had big carts of towels available at the pool.
So far,it is just Sports, but hopefully it will spread to Music and Movies.Good to know!
