Pool Hopping (Where to Store Things)

I'm planning a trip with a friend (2 adults, no kids) to Universal Orlando next month. We are staying at Hard Rock Hotel, but planning on spending some time at Cabana Bay, including the pool (the lazy river looks like fun). I'm going to have a pocketbook (nothing massive, just a small crossbody bag) and a change of clothes with me when do our afternoon or night at Cabana Bay (because I don't want to spend the afternoon/night wearing a wet bathing suit). We also want to go to the arcade and the bowling ally (hence the change of clothes).

Are there lockers near the pool I can store my stuff while we swim, even though we are staying at a different hotel?

There's a locke/change room right next to the gym at Cabana Bay (it's up on the second floor near the arcade and bowling alley).

I can't for the life of me remember if you need a CB room key to enter this locker room though.
