Pool hopping between Marriott's?

I "heard" that you were able to "pool hop" between the pools for the three Marriott locations Horizons GV and Cypress Harbor. Is this true?
In particular, we're staying at Cypress Harbor, but were hoping to visit the Horizons areas.
Also, can you explain the pools at cypress harbor? I know that there are three locations, but can anyone describe the details? Are there fountains? Slide or diving boards? Other fun stuff?

I have read this too...

but I have stayed at MGV every year for a while there (got a good rate with the getaways through II) and the resort never once mentioned this benefit. even when I asked.

there wine tasting was excellent.

so this benefit might be for only marriott owners?

I'll have to call them directly, then. My dad and step-mom (who we'll be with) are Marriott owners, it's their timeshare.
