Pool Home with my Chipoo?

Have just decided to make a trip to Florida for March Break. We are looking for a pool home that would fit 10 of us and our little Minniebella. She doesn't take up very much room.

I have no idea where to start, how to pick a neighbourhood, know if they accept dogs, etc. Any ideas anyone?
