AGAIN, I awoke very early, 5:45 and layed there till the alarm went off at 6:25! Made my coffee(had small coffee maker in room, worked great!), took my shower, had breakfast, and than went to the bus about 8:10! There was a VERY long line for both MGM and MK! Saw LOTS of Soap fans in the MGM line, as they were wearing last years and the years before shirts!
We arrived at MGM around 8:40am to find a REALLY looonnnggg line to get IN! Turned out to be Security Check was holding everyone UP!
I, myself, left my fanny-pack in the room and just had my camera hooked on my belt, and every thing else in my pockets! I still had to wait 15 mins! UUggghh! Went in and got my info for the Soap fest to find out that Kelly Ripa and 2 others were NOT coming!
Oh, well, I did NOT see anything going on till about 10:30, so I headed for Tower! 10 min wait and I was THRU in 10 mins! Went over to RnR and same thing there! Went back thru to main area to find a humogus crowd gathered in front of the Mickey hat, this is where the Soap Central was located! Nothing was going on, so I headed over to ABC commisary. They had a huge line here, i thought it was for a Soap Star, but I found out later it was to shop! It had Soap t-shirts and PINS!! Also, wardrobe of the stars for sale! I stood in line for 25 mins to go inside to get pins, and waited in line another 30 min to pay! This is where I started to become a little Ill, and decided to go back to the hotel and rest. (turned out I was Hungry, but I thought I was getting a stomach thing). Anyway, I went to get something to eat, and felt better. This is when I decided to go to ESPN via Boardwalk, and got a great Meal! Than I went back to the Hotel and showered and changed and went back to MGM! They had a concert of the Soap Stars, and the park remained opened till 9:30. I left at 8:45 to beat the crowds, and I mean Crowds! I got locked into an area and could NOT move! Finally made my way thru the exit and by this time my feet were KILLING me! (I even had a small blister forming
). Back to hotel, and went to bed after soaking my feet for 10 mins! Day 4 Nightmare going home tomorrow!
