I have been feeling horrible this week...problably just a cold. I haven't really been keeping track of what I ate this week which I really should have but just wasn't feeling well. Excuses I know...I guess I'll find out tomorrow when I weigh myself how I did. I didn't eat anything too bad but I'm really not sure if I ate enough.
Today...
Breakfast
Cheerios, 1/2 banana & 1/4 cup milk
Snack:
Turkey salad(spinach,mixed veggies and 3 slices of deli turkey)
Lunch:
1 cup of whole wheat pasta(healthy choice spegetti sauce & extra lean ground beef
1 yogurt
Snack:
1 orange
3 litres of water...I am actually craving water today never thought I would say that!
Not sure what I am having for supper we are suspose to go to a birthday party...my friend said she is making me & her special healthy treats...no pizza & cake for us.

yesterday worked out good...I had a really good food day
for supper I had...1cup of whole wheat pasta,extra lean ground beef, mixed veggies...snack...1slice whole wheat bread, 2 slices of turkey, 1 slice no fat cheese...
today...I drank my 2 litres of water...1 cup of cheerios, banana, 1 cup of whole wheat pasta,extra lean ground beef, mixed veggies...1cup of spinach,mixed veggies and 2slices of turkey breast...1 cup of black tea...2cups of whole wheat rice and chicken in low in fat and sodium sauce...1 cup of brocolli...1 piece of coffee cake...

I ate 2 choclate chp cookies last night! They had 8grams of fat! Should of looked at label first!!! I did 50mins on elliptical this morning...for breakfast I had 2slice of whole wheat toast, egg, & slice of no fat cheese,1/2 banana & yogurt...for lunch I had boneless skin less chicken breast...1cup of mixed veggies...1 small potato...1tbsp sour cream...1 carrott cake.
ok...I always do this to myself...I'll be going along just fine and then I get in "maintance" mode. I haven't been doing great with the food choices for weight loss this week...I pretty sure what I've been eating wouldn't make me gain very much if anything but I know I will not lose. This being said I have decided I am going to go strong in weight loss mode until Monday...my birthday...and then weigh myself...hopefully I'll be at least 170 or less.
My new mini goal is 165 by April 30 and 160 by May 31 and 155 by June 30th...155 is were I believe I will want to stay!
You are so right. I have been a bit stagant myself. I am so looking forward to the warm weather. Just to be outside and play tag with the dog, or work in the garden keeps me from all those bad habits I have while inside watching the snow fall.
finally enough snow gone to walk the dog today!!! I hope the weather stay nice and gets nicer! It was cool but I really wanted to go for a walk... I seem to be back on track with eating and exercising my week is going very well...a little afraid of Sunday...big turkey dinner for Easter at the inlaws...she's a great cook-however it doesn't usually agree with my scales and Monday my dd's got my favorite b-day cake ordered I figure lots of exercise first!
That is great you were able to get outside and walk the dog. Enough with the snow and cold - It is time for Spring to get here for good!
Maybe move your WI up a day and WI on Sunday morning before Easter dinner and your birthday. Then you can get back on track and have a few days to take care of any holiday indulgences.
Thanks... I thought of that and decided to weigh this morning...I'm 169.5 finally out of the 170's...I'm going to have a few holiday indulgences tomorrow and Monday and get back on track for my weigh in next weekend. As long as I can prevent a weight gain I will be happy next week! I am aiming to be 165 by April 30th we'll see...My new mini goals are 5 pounds a month till I'm done!
I am doing really well today with my food choices and feel I may even be down a little more tomorrow on the scales! I was able to go for a walk again today!!! It is something I love to do early in the morning so I am so glad the weather is finally agreeing with me!
Okay...I don't feel I did too bad this weekend...however I did eat some things I would not normally even if I was loosing weight. We'll see what happens this weekend when I weigh myself!

Okay this week has been horrible! I am so far off track to healthy living...I know it happens sometimes...with easter and my 30th this week I have manage to eat so much food and not the healthy type! I have gone out for supper twice, have had a big turkey dinner, desserts and choclate...enough is enough I want have the rest of my weight gone by June 26th...part of the sunshine group!
Put this past week behind you. Today is a new day and you get to start over. We all slip up. Sometimes it is little slips, and sometimes it is really big slips. The important thing is to not give up. This is a lifestyle change, a journey. Sometimes we get off the path, but we can always get back on track.
Jump right back in and go forward. You will do just great! I have had horrible days, and just get right back where I need to be the next morning. A good nights sleep can usually set you back on track!
I have a had two really good days I am back to my normal way of eating...one thing I noticed last week was I now find everything so salty I guess it is where I don't eat much sodium.
I am sure I will have weight on tomorrow when I weigh in but it at least I know it will be better tomorrow than it was two days ago...and I should be back on track on the scales by next Tuesday.
Okay I gained .5 pounds but it could have been worst. I have been doing very well the past 3 days and plan on doing very well next tuesday...I plan on meeting my sunshine challenge!
Well I still need to get in the swing of things...I know I could be doing a little better. I weighed today and I am 169. At least it is going in the right direction!
