Hey everyone...thanks so much for all the support!
I didn't have the best food weekend...which is strange cause usually I eat my healthiest on the weekends...dh keeps me in check

If I'm going be bad it is usually when no one is watching

My mom was visiting and she enjoys fried food...sweets...big portions...she is one of those people who I have no idea how the stay so small! So when cooking I met her in the middle...we didn't eat the food I would normally eat but not the food she would normally eat either.
Anyway after reading all the nice comments I am ready to get back at it....time to loose this last little bit of weight so I can decide if I want to loose anymore! I have my pooh picture on the fridge so I can see it at all times! All my family and friends look at it and are so surprised...none off us realized how big I was...not sure how but we just never realized it!
So far today I had
2 cups of water
1 cup of coffee with skim milk
1 cup of Cranberry Select Almond Crunch Cereal(first time having it...I think I'll stick to cheerios from now on)
1/2 cup of milk
1 cup of coffee with skim milk
1/4 roll oat cookie

the good thing is it is out of my system now!
2 cups of water
For the rest of the day I plan on having
apple...chicken spinach salad with lots of veggies and 1 tbsp of fat free dressing...banana...one cup of whole wheat pasta...1/4 cup extra lean ground beef...1 cup of healthy choice speggetti sauce...small side spinach salad with veggies...source yogurt....I plan on drinking 4 cups of water...5 cups of green tea
I plan on exercising for 45 minutes cardio/weight when I log off and if the rain stays away I plan on a 45 minute walk tonight.
