Pongu Pongu

I feel like I read on a thread here that Pongu Pongu is not open in the morning, but the wdw website says it’s open at 0900.
I was thinking of maybe a pongu lumpia for breakfast...
Does anyone know if it’s open that early?

It was back in Oct ‘16, but I can confirm I got a drink and snack there at 9:30am.
