Poncho??

where do you all purchase cheap ponchos. I could find 9 dollar ones at walmart. At that price I may as well get disney ones! Where else??

I've found them at dollar stores.

The Wal Mart/Cabelas/Bass Pro Shops/Gander Mountain/Dunhams Sports ponchos are at least twice as thick as the Disney ones.
We've used the Disney ponchos and they lasted one good storm.
We used the thicker ones last year for a week stay and we're taking them back this year.
The better ones usually have a plastic pouch to carry them in when not in use.

Amazon is a good option too. I like wealers ones they are like 20 for 18 bucks and durable as disney ones.

I got a few dollar store ones (will use and throw out after Kali Rapids) and then I got the ones on the Disney store website when they were on sale that we will use for regular use in rain. Got those for 5 dollars each I think.

Ikea has nice ones - want to say they are around $4/5.

Ikea also has lightweight nylon backpacks that fold into a pouch, and a lot of other convenient travel gear.
