Polynesian to Cape May or Boma

How far from Polynesian resort to Cape May? can I go to TTC and take a bus to Beach resort? How long does it take?

You will need to go to MK and take a bus to BC for Cape may or AKL for Boma.
I would leave at least one hour...
You can also take the monorail to EPCOT and do the same-- you can walk to TTC from the POLY and it is sometimes closer than the main house depending on what building you end up in.
taking the bus to DTD and then to the other resort will ikely be the slowest option as the DTD bus service is bad at best for all of these resorts.

To my knowledge you cannot take a BC bus from the TTC. Here is what I'd suggest:

Poly to Cape May
Option 1: Take the bus to DHS and either walk or take the boat to the Beach Club from DHS entrance
Option 2: Take the monorail to Epcot, walk through to 2nd entrance in World Showcase, out that and over to BC

Poly to Boma
Take bus to AK and then get on bus for AKL

To either the fastest way would be by cab. I don't know that cost though. If you use Disney transport (bus/boat/monorail) then I'd suggest 1 to 1 1/2 hours travel time before your ADR.
