Polynesian Standard View suggestions please.

Love Tokeleau as well. We stayed Tokeleau 3rd floor three times, last trip in October, was in Morea. Liked Toleleau better, felt more convenient for my early morning walk to Grand Ceremonial House. Love the convenience of walking to TTC! Enjoy, lovely resort!::yes::

We traveled with my in-laws in April and requested adjoining rooms. The only issues with this request is that you might get your room later in the day seeing 2 rooms would have to be available and cleaned. You may want a little space from them so you are not on top of each other so you could probably request the rooms be in the same buildings and/or same floor. We were in Tokelau and felt the location was perfect -- it felt it pretty central. We had the quite pool and that QS bar right outside our door, it was an easy walk to both the Ceremonial house, Lava pool and the monorail.

If you are all in decent shape I don't think any of the buildings are a strenuous walk. The grounds are beautiful so we never mind a walk around the Poly.

I freely admit that the food at the quick service (Captain Cooke’s) was one of my biggest disapointments at Poly. I REALLY didn’t like the food at Captain Cooke’s. And I am not a picky eater, however I felt that at Capn Cooke’s they ‘reached too far’ and the flavors didn’t balance well.

In the evening, you can order the Ohana meal (Skewers, Noodle’s, etc) from room service. Costs about $50, but the 'single' order has too much food for two people.

I also strongly suggest that you make daily reservations for breakfast/lunch at the Kona Cafe. Much better than Captain Cooke’s. If you don’t have reservations, you can usually show up at Kona Cafe for breakfast or lunch, then go up and have them put your name on the list, and most days you can get in within 20 minutes or so. I do like Kona Cafe a lot. They are Asian Fusion and Island food, and it works quite well, in my opinion.
This is the insider info I need to memorize. Great stuff thx!

Thx. I spoke with them and they agreed Tokelau seemed best option. Hope we get it!

That’s a great point on potential for rooms being later if it’s a super specific request. Thanks!

We are in Tokeleau and found the location very convenient. For the two of us, I think this layout is perfect. We both like the shower stall, would love to have one just like it in our house. Of course, they are the same in every building.
We used the Ferry back from MK, and it was a quick walk to our building, and the laundry in the next building was convenient.
Poly owners, you have a lovely resort. This was our second stay.

2 bathrooms, location can't be beat! A bonus of course is Dole Whip right next to Lava Pool at Pineapple Lanai!:yay: Always so good!:-)

We stayed at Moorea at the end towards the TTC. I really enjoyed that location because we could get on the Monorail to EP or the Ferry to MK. On the flip side to that, we were about as far away from the common house as you can get, so it was a bit of a hike to get to the restaurants.

Have a great trip!!!
