We're going at Christmas time and my TA knows our first choice is Samoa for all the reasons the OP listed. Unless we upgrade to concierge, I'm really keeping my fingers crossed for Samoa!

Well we went in aug and had samoa. I didnt know it was that hard to get. We did request it on our reservation which we only made about 3 months out. We have stayed in Niuie, but no more since it turned into smoking and have stayed in Aeotearoa. It was a little further walk from the pool then we would have liked and we encountered luau traffic and heard the music once or twice. Our view there was of the monorail. It was really bright and sunny in that room. Our samoa room was 1602 ground floor, volcano pool view. Excellent according to the 3 ds. Great for pool runs and mug runs etc.

We stayed in Tokelau room 2913 and had a great view of the lagoon. I was very suprised how nice of a view it was for a standard. I like that building because it is so close to the quiet pool (the volcano is always to busy to swim in anyway).

Since this was so far back.......on page 7 or 8. Plus, I never get tired of looking at TigrLvsPooh's pictures of her view from Figi!

It's really hard to decide. We have had some great rooms. Have stayed in Hawawii gv 2nd floor, Tahiti lv 3 rd floor x4 & gv 2nd floor x1, Tokelau x4 pool view 1st & 3rd floors, Figi 3rd floor marina view, Aeotearoa 3rd floor monorail view. I voted for figi cause we had either erika's room or the one next to it! :smooth: It was pretty perfect. BUT what really made the trip was we had GREAT neighbors! :earseek: quiet, considerate, friendly. Polynesian is a great resort and you can't go wrong where ever your room is! MKY princess:

I loved Tahiti's view from our third floor LV balcony. The view of Wishes straight ahead is a magical memory for me.

The wonderfully short walk to the TTC can't be beat.:bounce:

There is no path between the building and the beach so it is very quiet.

I voted for Hawaii. We love the concierge building, and the view of Cinderella's Castle cannot be beat. Our favorite room is 1509. We stayed on the 3rd floor in Moorea for our honeymoon. The view there was great too, and the beach was more secluded. Like others, once we were upgraded to the concierge building, we have not been able to stay anywhere else at the Poly. We are hooked! princess:

I looks like there are a LOT of people hooked on concierge!

The 2 smallest buildings, by coincidence, got the smallest number of votes. :teeth:

:sunny:
