Would anyone know why the Legal name for Polynesian is shown as "Disney Vacation Development Inc" on the Florida Comptroller's website?

I know that OKW has a similar occurrence, but why isn't Polynesian showing on the legal description?

I'm just hoping it was not an error by the Title Company.

Is this a direct contract? The grantor is always Disney Vacation Development Inc if it's direct. And then under legal data on the bottom it says polynesian and the unit number

No it was resale. It says this under Legal Data: TS: DISNEY VACATION DEVELOPEMENT INC

When i click on "view images" i can see the deed and it shows as unit number and Polynesian. But I am wondering why it doesnt say that under the legal description.

If you're just talking about the information that you see in the different fields of the results on the comptroller site, those are not official. That's just a data entry problem and not everything is entered the same or correctly. I see a recent Riviera contract with Disney Vacation Development Inc also listed in the Legal Data section. I also found a recent warranty deed of a contract going back to Marriott where Disney Vacation Development Inc was listed as one of the sellers (they were not).

I just pulled a recent one that says "TS: DISNEY S POLYNESIAN VILLAS BUNGALOWS"

You can click on it and see the actual deed for recent ones.

do a search for a few days and pull one that shows Poly. As long as the actual deed matches, that's what matters. I's still pop an email to the title agent to make sure everything is OK.
