We need to stay at hotel that holds 5 people. I see the Polynesian can have 2 queen beds and a day bed. Can you sleep on the day be? Does the day bed pull out or is it just like a regular couch. It looks pretty small in the pictures on all ears. Has anyone slept on one of these before?

My quite big 10 year old son slept on it last year and found it really comfy. Don't know how an adult would get on:confused3.

The bed opens up a bit so it's larger/wider than when it's just a sofa.

The kids were the only ones to ever sleep on it - but it was plenty of room for them and they "fought" over who would get it each night.

In the Poly and the CR the day beds are standard twin sized. They fold out to a regular mattress, my DD17 (at the time) found it to be very comfortable.

My sister slept on it when we stayed at the Poly. She didn't have a problem with it. She's short but an average American weight.

I'm 5'8" and I slept on it quite nicely. When you take the bolsters off, it is the same size as a twin bed.

Once we brought my MIL and my husband (6'1) slept on it and my toddler son insisted upon joining him. It's fine. I would consider it a regular bed, unlike the trundle which is smaller.

It's fine, my daughter (12) slept on it on our last trip and she liked it.

We just got back from the Poly 10 days ago and my DD 14 slept in the daybed. It was comfortable and she did not complain one bit. I took a nap in it one afternoon to see if it was comfy and it was. I tried bribing her at that point to let me sleep in it because I was trying to get out of sharing a bed with my terribly loud snoring mother, LOL! It didn't work :)

we stayed at Poly september 2009 the daybed was not at all comfortable. We will be at Ploy for a split stay with GF in november and I will be taking some kind of topping foam or something else to put on mattress and yes the daybed does pull out hope this helps.:yay:

My 5'7" DD then 13 year old slept on it and even though she stayed on it for the whole trip she tells me now that she was to tall for it, but was just happy to have her own bed.
