polynesian concierge ???

I am staying at the Polynesian from May 5-11th. So far I know we have booked a gv concierge room. I was wondering if anyone can tell me if there is an elevator in the building, where it is located, and how close it is the the lounge. As I have difficulty walking stairs, I had thought that 1st floor whould be the best option for me. Any suggestions, comments or helpful hints whould be appreciated.

Yes, it's right next to the lounge.

The check-in area is on the first floor. The lounge is on the second floor and there is a sitting area on the third. It would be necessary to take the elevator to the second floor to enter the lounge.

I think your trip is just before the concierge service moves to the Tahiti building while Hawaii is rehabbed. This information is for Hawaii.
