Polynesian Concierge

We are considering staying at the Polynesian as concierge guests in August. My only hesitation is the change in locations for the concierge building. That being said, has anyone used the concierge services to get breakfast with Cinderella? If I could avoid the stress of trying to get those reservations, I wouldn't care if they put us in a tent in the laundry room for the price of concierge. Anyone have any information?

This is all I can tell you since it will be our first time in May staying concierge.

I have PS's for Cindy's on 5/2 at 8:30am(which I realize I'm lucky to have) I got these the oldfashioned way, speed dial! But I really wanted them for 5/1, I've asked concierge to try and get me a PS for then. This was their gracious reply; For the request to book a priority seating at Cinderella's Royal breakfast and Chef Mickey's we have placed your request on the concierge waiting list. We will continue to check availability daily for booking.

So I think that is great! Like I said before, I already am lucky to have what I have so I guess I'm not really in the place to be disappointed if it doesn't come through for the 1st.

I know I've read on these boards how people have had concierge get them PS's for Cindy's last minute, but I really think it's more luck of the draw than anything.

I used concierge to get breakfast with cinderalla and was thrilled when they were able to do so!

I thought reservations for CRT were 30 days prior... so when I called a month before - it was of course sold out.. as reservations are taken 60 days prior. duh!

I asked concierge to try for me.. they asked me what days and I gave them 3 choices... I was so happy (so was my DD8) when they called to say we had reservations for 8:05am on our 1st choice of days.

I also spoke to other concierge guests who were unable to get CRT through concierge... I believe it is a very limited amount of tables per week held for concierge.

But you never know!

As a side note... I also booked the storybook breakast as a back up in case CTR did not come through. We ended up going to both and it was just as nice.

Hi,

The Poly Concierge will do anything they can for you. It is the ultimate in service. If there is a reservation available you will get it. Also if you want to go to Planet Hollywood the Poly is one of the few resorts that offer VIP Passes so you do not have to wait in a long line. You made a great choice.
