Polynesian Concierge Question

    I sent my Itinerary Planner to the Polynesian several weeks ago for our Nov. trip. Do you usually hear back from them that they received it? Also, we want to change one of our PSs - can I e-mail them with the change?

    I did not hear back from them after they recieved my planner, but I had a change to one of my PS's so I e-mailed them with the change and asked if they had recieved it. They e-mailed me back within a matter of hours confirming my change and letting me know that they had recieved my planner. They are really amazing over there.
