Polyneisen Luau

I'm sorry it's no longer there. I don't think it ever reopened after the pandemic. They're using the space for the new DVC tower. The Hoop De Doo Revue is still going strong over at Fort Wildnerness though!

Thank you so much. 2 adults just doing a quick trip beginning of December without parks and I am trying to decide what to do without the parks. Thanks

In December a tour of the resorts either via monorail or skyliner would be a fun way to try different lounges and see all the lobby Christmas decor, which is really spectacular. Or could plan a dinner at one of the resort restaurants that offer fireworks views (California Grill, Narcoossee's, Topolino's etc.). Lots of great dining at Disney Springs as well.

Yes the Christmas Decor is really what we are there for it is always fabulous. Is there a walking path from the GF to the Poly? Or do they have bike rentals?

Unfortunately, the walking path from GF to Poly is closed currently, also as a result of the construction of the new tower. The tower is scheduled to open in mid-December, though, so it may reopen in time for your trip. If not, you can take the resort monorail (from GF, you’ll stop at MK then CR then TTC before Poly) or the boat that goes from GF to Poly and then on to MK.

I don’t think there are bike rentals at GF or Poly. Maybe at Ft. Wilderness, the campground.

Fort Wilderness rents bikes and in December there will be a lot of campers who decorate their campsites. Also, there are horse carriage rides and canoe and fishing boat rentals as well as horseback riding.

If you are looking for a show the Hoop de Do Revue is still at Fort Wilderness.
