Poly to Pop Century after 8PM Luau?

I have been really confused about transportation since I switched my reservation from the Poly to PC! We have plans to go to the 8:00 Spirit of Aloha show and I know the parks have early closing during the time we are going (Thanksgiving week). How can I get back to the PC after the show?

you can take a bus from poly to downtown disney and then get on a bus at downtown disney to pop century.
