Poly to MCO

Due to airline mile redemption options, we had to book a 9am flight home, which means we will have to be waiting for pickup at 5:45am.

I have two questions about opting for a cab instead:
1) anyone know how much this would cost?
2) what time would you suggest being picked up from the Poly?
