Poly to Downtown Disney, How?

I'm sure to get to DD you would need to catch a bus, but from where? How long is the ride? TIA

There is a bus stop near the laundry room/Neverland Club where you can catch a direct bus to Downtown Disney. The ride is about 10-15 minutes.
