Poly restaurants still open?

Hello my son will be on his honeymoon at the Grand Floridian villas in a few weeks. We like to take the walk from there to the Poly for dinner. I understand that the Poly is closed for accommodations and renovations but are the restaurants still operating? As a child he loved the Kona cafe breakfast and is hoping to do that one morning. Can anyone confirm those restaurants are open? Capt cooks?
Also a friend told me Grand Floridian only has the GF cafe open. Correct? No 1900 park fare or Citicos?? Thank you. They arrive Oct 12th.

At poly Kona, Tambu Lounge and CC's open.

At GF they recently opened Narcoossees and in room dining in addition to the GF cafe and Gaspies. Poolside also open.

For clarity, the resort rooms at Poly are closed but the DVC/villa rooms are open. While not everything, much of the resort continues to operate as normal.
