Are all the rooms Moana themed? When will the monorail be available for Poly resort guests?

All the hotel rooms should be rethemed by the time it reopens in late July. There is a chance some longhouses will be closed longer as they are re-worked (with no CL reopening date at the Poly, they can wait to re-theme that longhouse last). DVC longhouses and bungalows are not scheduled for refurb remodeling.

No indication of when the monorial will resume at Poly, but it was available to the DVC members until they shut down to rebuild the station, so service should resume as soon as the station is done.

Yes, but that's not the same as the Moana remodel reference in the OP. But it is poor wording, I apologize.
