Subscribing!

This will be our first family trip to Disney and we wanted to do it up right. I saw the pics of the Poly and new instantly that's where we wanted to stay!

Another bit of a garden view at Tahiti

I know every morning I can count on you to brighten my day!! Mondays stink...so I just got on here to see what was posted and another great pic! I can picture myself walking down those paths in 6 1/2 weeks. Thank yoU!!!

We're going to have a garden view room, is this basically what they all overlook? does anyone else have any other views of what a garden view room overlooks?

Here are two views from the garden view rooms in Fiji. In Fiji you will overlook the marina if you're on one side, and a beach and the Grand Floridian if you're on the other. I was on the marina side and loved the water view. I've also stayed in Tahiti.

Fiji is one of the older buildings, so there is only one sink in the bathroom and the water quantity and pressure are not so great. It is very close to the pool and GHC. Ask for the third floor if you want a balcony (second floor rooms don't have balconies). The advantages of Tahiti as one of the more recent buildings is two sinks in the bathroom, slightly larger rooms, killer water pressure and great proximity to the TTC and Ferry to the MK.

This first one was taken with a zoom from my third floor balcony:

Our first Disney trip is coming up soon.:goodvibes I can't believe how fast the time has gone by. Thanks to everyone posting great info.:yay:

Thanks for these pictures from Fiji! When I've looked at the map it looks like the rooms are so far away from the pool but you are actually overlooking the pool if you're lucky! So it's not far then to walk over to the pool? How about to the GCH? We'll be going in the summer and I don't want to be walking any more than I have to if it's not in the parks :)
