OK, you Poly people are who I need to talk to. I have booked a MK view for November 13-19, 2011. I was told by an agent that I would be in the Hawaii section. But then I was told this was only the concierge bldg. I really want a pretty view and a fairly short walk to the monorail or bus. I don't know if I should change my res. and just request another section. I don't know if it will be worth the money for MK view. I want a newly remodeled room, with 2 sinks in the bathroom. The only time I have stayed there they were renovating all around and our room was not very nice and fresh. It will only be me, 64 and my daughter 44 on this trip. We are not interested in the pools, could be too much noise at night. I just need some good advice from someone who knows a lot about the Poly. If I keep my MK view, which section should I request? Or which other bldg should I ask for.? Any information you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
I just asked for a MK view. I called back a few days later to see which building I would have and he said Hawaii. But I didn't ask for concierge. So I don't think this would be right. I think I have stayed in the Rarotonga and it was very close but I had NO view at all. and only one sink. So which one I ask for if I give up MK view? one that is not such a long hike but with a nice view? and two sinks!!![]()
Don't forget that Tonga is also a Club Level building because over there is their various suites. The Hawaii building is strictly Club Level, so it's doubtful that you'll be in that building unless you requested and paid for Club Level.
