We're doing a three day after a cruise June/July. Arriving at WDW on July 5 - leaving on the morning of the 8th. I need help! I want to stay at the Poly for the convenience. Family wants AKL. Should we split the short stay, and how?

Should mention we're a family of 4, two kids, 4 & 10. Will definitely hit MK & EPCOT, try for either AK or MGM.

This is our split for our trip this May.

Poly lagoon view 4 nights then AKL concierge 5 nights.

I would stick with one hotel since you are only staying 3 nights. My choice would be the Poly.

I haven't stayed at either resort but, it seems too short a visit to split up. You should choose one and make the best if it.

I agree that it's too short a stay to split, but if you're going to, I think you should spend the first couple nights at the Poly, enjoying the convenience of transport to the parks. Then go over to AKL for the last night to chill out and watch some animals on your balcony.

I too would not split a stay so short. Since you will defintely be doing MK and Epcot I would choose Poly for the convenience of the monorail.

I would stay at the Polynesian for the entire stay, I think it's too short to split. The convenience of the Polynesian to the MK is great and you can take the monorail to Epcot as well.

It is a very short stay to be worth splitting the stay up. I would stay at the Poly the whole time for convienience and maybe hit AKL for a dinner at Boma's and some animal watching.
