Hopefully there will be some pricing come out of that meeting. I would be interested in seeing how much it would cost to buy in.

360 Studios. No mention of 1 or 2 bedroom units.
The Poly has the largest rooms as it is, no surprise the villas will be the largest.

Price per point is up in the air. Is there a way they can realistically be more "point expensive" then VGF?

First week of december at VGF lakeview studio is 153 points. Can/would they make POLY more? if not, at least you can get a guestimate as to how much it will cost.

Grand Floridian is the "flagship" upscale resort of Disneyworld. I have a feeling that point usage wise that Poly will be less points than VGF but higher than BLT. If you look through the points charts....many resorts are the same (when comparing similar view categories) + or - a point....But BLT definitely started the increased points per room. GF pushed that notch even higher...but I think Poly will still come a bit under it, but Higher than BLT
