Just a quick overview of our Poly stay. We were in room 1041, patio with a very private garden. Our room had no mildew smell what-so-ever. We got small towel animals every other night. We did receive the welcome chocolate bar. Turn down service was nice as they made up the daybed. The lounge was nice. There was plenty of everything.
With the FTP we paid an extra $350 for the concierge service for the week. We probably won't do it again, but it is worth doing once to see if you like it. The breakfast was nice to have, but other than that we didn't use it much. We rarely made it back for the evening services.
I think the itenerary planning is over rated. We made a few PS's through the concierge, but I could have just as easily called myself. With the exception being CRT, they did get us in at last minutes notice. The only other place we needed PS's was the Sci-Fi. When we were seated at 11:50, no cars were avilable until after 2:30 for walk-ins.
We loved the location in Tahiti, less than a 5 minute walk to the TTC. It was so convienent. We had our car and after taking the bus once we decided to drive to the other parks, DQ, TL and BB. I didn't realize we shared a bus with the CR and GF. It made for a long and crowded ride home.
I felt a little removed from the GCH, but we made it there twice, with the concierge lounge we didn't have much of a need to go there. We took the monorail once from the GCH and had quite a wait. I think they run many more from TTC and it is direct!!
