Poly dining ?s

We're staying at the Poly for the first time in Sept on the deluxe dining plan. I'm so excited!!!!

A few questions:

Does Captain Cook's have fries at all?

Does anyone have an updated room service menu? The one on Allears is fairly old, and I'm wondering what will be available to us.
