Poly Concierge - When do they contact us?

We arrive at the Poly concierge on Jan 24 and they contacted me on Dec 22. So about 5 weeks in advance. They have been great. They explained everything on the phone about their services, offerings, check-in, etc. I have been corresponding by e-mail with the Planning Office since, getting PS's and spa ressies. They are great.

I switched to Poly concierge for my upcoming April trip. I have since canceled and went back to a GV room after reading all the bad things happening at that concierge though. Anyway I still recieved a paper in the mail a week after canceling it welcoming me to concierge and asked to fill out the papers with the PSs I wanted, special occasions and so on. So that was about 105 days out from my trip. You should be getting something very soon.
 

We are staying at the Poly and so I would like to ask what is a conceirage?:confused:
 
Sherr - concierge is a separate building at the Poly where there is a lounge set up with finger-foods at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They serve soda and coffee and have water throughout the day. The also help plan you itenerary with the help of their planning office.

The Poly lounge looks right out on the castle and is a great place to watch WISHES. Check out www.wdwig.com and look up the concierge pages for a more in-depth discussion about their offerings.

We will be there next week and I am so looking forward to it.
 
Thanks for the explanation. I take it this would cost a lot more than what we are getting.
