I was just wondering whether anyone has communicated their concerns and disappointment about changes taking place. It sounds as if some upper level management has lost touch with the impoetance of maintaining something very special at Poly. We are leaving for Poly Concierge tommorrow for a week, first time for our family staying Concierge
