Poly Concierge question...

We will be staying Nov 15-25th, concierge level at the Poly. This is the first time we have stayed concierge level. Am I suppose to receive a request form for PS, etc from the concierge staff there? If so when should I expect this? I guess my big concern is with the new policy for PS being discussed currently. I really would like to get Cindy's but I'm not sure if I should contact the concierge or let them contact me? Suggestions?

We are staying at the Poly concierage for the first time starting November 8th. I was getting anxious about receiving my personal itinerary so I contacted them. Tara and Aida were nice enough to get me the form and then assist me in all of my PS's. If you are anxious regarding the new policy, I would contact them directly. The ladies there are really nice and patient. They even noted all of our birthday celebrations on the PSs for us. If you can't find the email address, let me know and I will be happy to post it. I didn't know they had an email address -I'm really out of the loop on this, lol! I have a phone number that I was given when I booked.

I would really appreciate that! I hope they aren't swamped with the new changes!
